Privacy Policy

AI credits, not cash. Token Machine prizes and balances are promotional AI / compute credits (and related $CREDIT tokens). They are not U.S. dollars or bank money. “$” amounts in the product are a denomination of AI credit value, not fiat currency.

This Privacy Policy explains how Lattice Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of Token Machine at tokenmachine.app (the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. Privacy notices: legal@tokenmachine.app.

1. What we collect

• Account / X data: X account identifier, public handle, and avatar when you sign in (via Privy).
• Gameplay & balances: spins, wins, prize claims, Playground usage, and in-app AI CREDIT / model balances (promotional compute credits, not cash).
• Wallet data (optional): if you link or verify a wallet, we store the public address and, where needed for bonuses or Redeem (activate), related on-chain balance checks. We never hold private keys and cannot move your funds.
• Device / anti-abuse: a privacy-preserving device fingerprint, IP-derived signals, and bot checks (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Product analytics: usage events via PostHog (or similar) to improve the product.
• We do not require your email address to use the Service.

2. How we use information

• Operate spins, prizes, Playground inference, and Redeem (activate $CREDIT into Orbio AI).
• Authenticate you, prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse.
• Comply with law (including tax reporting where required for reportable prizes).
• Understand product usage and fix bugs.
• Communicate about the Service via public channels you already follow (e.g. X), when relevant.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service, including:

• Privy (auth / wallet linking)
• Supabase (database and related backend)
• Cloudflare (bot protection / edge)
• PostHog (analytics)
• Orbio / inference providers (playground and activation flows)
• Blockchain networks when you Redeem (activate) on-chain (public by design)

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell your personal information.

4. On-chain transparency

Redeem (activate) transactions are blockchain transactions. Wallet addresses and amounts may be publicly visible on explorers. That data is outside our control once confirmed on-chain.

5. Retention

We keep account, prize, and payout records as long as needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.

6. Your choices

• You can stop using the Service and request account deletion via @thetokenmachine on X.
• You can choose not to link a wallet; some features (holder bonuses, Redeem) may be unavailable.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
