AI credits only — not cash. Prizes and balances are promotional AI / compute credits (and, where enabled, $CREDIT tokens used for AI). Dollar figures shown in the app are a denomination of AI credit value, not U.S. dollars, bank money, or a promise of cash. Nothing here is a cash wallet or fiat payout.
By accessing or using Token Machine (the “Service”), including spinning, winning balances, using the Playground, linking a wallet, or redeeming $CREDIT into your Orbio AI balance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Lattice Partners (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator and sponsor of the Token Machine product at tokenmachine.app. Legal / notices: legal@tokenmachine.app. Other channels: Docs and @thetokenmachine on X.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- You must be legally allowed to use crypto and promotional gaming products where you live.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited or restricted. Without limiting the foregoing, the Service is not offered to persons located in or ordinarily resident in: California; New York; and any other jurisdiction we designate on the Service, Official Rules, or Docs (the “Restricted Jurisdictions”).
- We may add or remove Restricted Jurisdictions at any time. We may use IP address, geolocation, account signals, wallet signals, or other methods to limit access. Circumventing geo or eligibility controls (including via VPN or proxy) is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, forfeiture of unclaimed prizes, and denial of Redeem.
- The Service is void where prohibited, in addition to the Restricted Jurisdictions list. We may geo-block, limit, or refuse access.
- One person, one account. Multi-accounting, bots, or farming may result in suspension.
- Very new X accounts may be blocked or delayed (anti-abuse).
3. The Service (promotional play)
Token Machine is a free promotional experience: sign in with X, use free daily spins, and win in-app AI compute balances for specific models/labs. No purchase is required to play or win free spins. Official sweepstakes / promotion details, where applicable, are described in Official Rules.
Features, odds, prizes, caps, and availability can change. We may pause spins, redeems, or the whole Service for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Prizes, balances, and Redeem (AI credits, not cash)
- Wins and balances are AI / compute credits for Playground inference (and related AI use). They are not cash, not USD, not bank deposits, and not a right to dollars. Any “$” amounts in the UI are a unit of AI credit value for display and accounting, not fiat currency.
- The only public cash-out path is Redeem: connect a wallet and burn/activate $CREDIT into your own Orbio AI balance for inference. There is no public ERC-20 $CREDIT withdraw to a wallet, and Redeem is not a cash or fiat payout.
- $CREDIT and in-app credits have no guaranteed cash value. We do not promise redemption for money, and we do not operate a fiat cash-out or public ERC-20 withdraw.
- You are responsible for wallet security, gas, chain risk, and tax reporting on anything you receive.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain send.
- We do not guarantee any token’s market value, liquidity, or continued listing.
5. Not financial, investment, or gambling advice
Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell securities, investment advice, or a guarantee of profit. $MACHINE, $ORBIO, $CREDIT, and any other tokens are experimental. You can lose value. Displayed dollar amounts are AI-credit denominations, not cash. The Service is not a licensed casino; promotional mechanics are described in the Official Rules and may be restricted by jurisdiction.
6. Wallets, third parties, and Orbio
Wallet linking (e.g. via Privy), Orbio inference/activation, chain RPCs, and explorers are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not the Orbio team and are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or losses outside our reasonable control.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate spins, or manipulate prize systems.
- Use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
- Harass others, scrape aggressively, or attack our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent wins, odds, or affiliation with Orbio, Lattice, or any brand shown on the reels.
You represent that you are not on any U.S. sanctions list (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list), are not located in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction, and are not acting for any such person. We may block wallets, accounts, or payouts to comply with sanctions and applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, reverse or cancel unconfirmed payouts, and claw back balances obtained through abuse or error, to the extent allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle account and usage data.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Venue for disputes not subject to a separate dispute-resolution agreement will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
